1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Every purchase, whether the membership or a one-time product (the Birth Chart and the 21-day Guide), is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, e-mail support@astelle.cloud within 7 days of the charge, from the e-mail address you used to buy. You do not need to give a reason. Each monthly renewal has its own 7-day window, counted from the date of that charge. Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued.
2. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, through the payment provider or authorized reseller that processed your order. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We confirm by e-mail when the refund has been issued.
If your purchase was processed by an authorized reseller such as 2Checkout (Verifone), that reseller acts as the seller (merchant) of record for the transaction, the refund is issued through the reseller to your original payment method, and the reseller's own terms also apply. You may also request the refund through the links in the reseller's order confirmation e-mail. Either way, our 7-day money-back guarantee applies in full.
3. Cancelling is not a refund
You can cancel at any time, free of charge. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, but it does not refund past charges. 4. After the guarantee period
Renewals charged more than 7 days ago are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise, for example in the case of an incorrect charge or a failure of the service.
5. EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where, before paying, you expressly agree that we start supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins, the right of withdrawal ends when supply begins. Regardless, our 7-day money-back guarantee always applies.
